Alternatively, you can conveniently order your outfit online for Australia-wide delivery. The rental period spans four days, and postage will incur an additional charge.
DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE GARMENT UPON RETURN?
No additional charges for dry cleaning; it is included in the rental costs.
DO YOU OFFER TRY-ONS THROUGH DELIVERY?
No, when you order a garment online and complete the payment, the hire period remains as is. If you have concerns about the fit, consider trying on the exact garment in person before finalizing your order.
WHAT IF I DAMAGE THE DRESS?
A security deposit is necessary for this purpose. In the event of fixable damage, the repair cost will be deducted from your deposit. If the garment is returned in the same condition it was sent out, your entire deposit will be refunded. However, if the dress is deemed irreparable, you will be charged the full cost to replace the garment.
